     The Anamosa Community School Distirct is looking for a Behavior Para-Educator/Compass Room Montitor. The chosen candidate will serve as a behavior technician at the elementary level to work primarily with student behaviors and help students to de-escalte and to develop self regulation strategies for students to be independant/successful in the general education setting. They will monitor referrals in the system and assist to reconcile those as well as bus referrals.
