Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a controls project manager to work for a large HVAC company located in Anaheim, CA. This person will be responsible for all project functions. Depending on the size of the project, they could be overseeing anywhere from 1 to 6 projects at a time. Smaller projects typically take about 6 months to complete and larger projects can take up to 2-3 years. This person will be handling all financials, the coordination of the man power, and all other traits of controls installation. They will be required to go onsite as needed so flexibility to work from home/office/and job sites are required. They will be given a company car, gas card, cell phone and laptop.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years as a controls technician (ready to transition into being a PM) OR up to 10 years as a PM - (open to either a senior technician or a jr - sr pm)

• Excel savvy and accounting software exp (they use coins but they dont need coins just familiar)

• Coming from a HVAC competitor - siemens, jci, schneider, mcore, ect.

• Upbeat personality as they will be the face of the company - worked their way from a technician to a PM - boiler and chiller exp null
