We are looking for an experienced Shopper Marketeer to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Marketing & Category Development Director (based in Germany), you will be leading the coordination and implementation of the trade marketing programs targeted to BNL retailers and ensure that initiatives deliver in-store excellence to ultimately win the point of purchase moment. You will be the first point of contact for all marketing/activation plans across the portfolio of brands, creating and implementing activation plans that drive business growth consistently with the North East Europe Hub strategy. Overall, you will champion and communicate all brand activation plans to the local sales team (BNL) and retailers.If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. Show Us What You've Got

The ideal teammate will have a similar experience gained within Consumer Packaged Goods or matrix commercial organisation. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Significant experience in Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales, gained within FMCG industry

• Demonstrable knowledge of the BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) trade market

• Experience of working directly with retailers and sales teams.

• Project management experience.

• Management of shopper marketing agencies.

• Proficient in using MS Office programs, SAP, Fox and AC Nielsen

• Fluent in English and Dutch
