The Team

This is the lead consumer insights position in the team for all major insights for Tommy Hilfiger product teams enabling us to win with the best product with a focus on an advanced category offence, best hero products and exciting innovation/collaborations.

The Position

This is a vital consumer insights position in Global Tommy Hilfiger consumer Insight team in order to drive consumer voice in the sphere of brand & marketing strategy. The successful candidate will secure the management of quantitative and/or qualitative tools and ensure that all the right data/insights are available on time and correctly used in the field of: talent assessment, sponsorship and collab execution, global campaign impact, media strategy.

Within The Team, this position will work closely with marketing (local and global) functions in order to be up to date with marketing activities and inform their decisions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years’ experience at Analyst/Specialist level in a consumer insights role – either client side or agency side

  • Experience in similar role in consumer insights in consumer goods, ideally in apparel /fashion industry

  • Strong analytical, reporting & presentation skills

  • Experience in running from A to Z quantitative and/or qualitative projects using self-serve platforms

  • Collaborative; able to liaise closely across all levels of the organization

  • Strong aesthetic eye and taste level; strict attention to detail

  • Project management and organization skills

  • Pragmatic, good listener, diplomatic mediator and decision maker

  • Genuine interest in brands &/or the apparel category

  • Confidence, motivation, credibility, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to bring the very best to the team
