We are looking for a Senior Buyer Procurement that will plan, organize, and perform the procurement of indirect material and services, meeting guidelines and policies.

You develop, implement, direct, manage, and maintain current policies and purchasing procedures, ensuring their application and legal adequacy. And ensure that goods and services are properly acquired and distributed for use, given price, quantities, qualities, and deadlines as defined in purchase contracts.

You lead and perform negotiations at most competitive commercial terms and support the purchasing manager during the tender logistics (strategic contract wise). The role reports to the Procurement Manager EMEA.

• Over 6 years’ experience within procurement roles

• Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and tools: e.g. SAP, MS Office tools, Power BI

• Good/fluent spoken and written English. German language is a plus

• Deep knowledge of contract management including legal knowledge

Responsibilities

• Strategic procurement (pricing and terms negotiation) of indirect materials and services for Co-packing and Co-manufacturing in The Netherlands and Germany

• Establish and maintain a strong internal and external network/relationship

• Work closely with the marketing department and facility manager

• Deliver cost savings. Creative and pro-active in saving proposals

• Managing complexity in procurement portfolio

• Acting in compliance with all legal requirements / internal procedures and quality requirements.

• Manage administrative work in procurement like creating / maintaining contracts (front to end procurement process)

• Contribute to procurement organization to meet goals and objectives.

• Support the CSR team regarding sustainability and requirements towards suppliers
