Philips Sales Compensation Specialist - Rewards in Amsterdam, Netherlands
As Sales Compensation Specialist you will join the global team working on sales compensation strategy and practice.
Your role:
Contribution to the design of sales incentive plans, rewards policies, processes and tools which will have a global impact,
Contribution to global sales compensation practice with strong collaboration with regions / zones,
Collecting and analyzing results from benchmarking partners, business requirements and assess plan design effectiveness,
Providing clarification on policy, terms & conditions in support of sales incentive administration team on issues & resolutions where needed,
Working closely with stakeholders such as Managers, Market Rewards, People Partners, Talent Acquisitionand Philips People Services,
Supporting colleagues as related to deployment of Incentive Compensation Management (e.g., Anaplan) which may include business requirement and user acceptance testing,
You're the right fit if:
You have at least 3-5 years of HR experience with deep knowledge in Rewards / Sales Compensation,
Your prior experience working in management consulting related to sales compensation or sales performance management would be a plus,
You have excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel); Experience with Anaplan as a plus,
You have good organizational / prioritization skills and project management experience,
Your stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills are excellent,
You have the benchmarking and policy development knowledge.
