Philips Returns Reduction and Refurbishment Intern Personal Health Western Europe in Amsterdam, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to

As an intern with the Philips Personal Health team, you will play a vital role in reducing customer returns and enhancing the refurbishment process. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our mission of improving health and well-being through innovation.

You are responsible for

  • Develop a comprehensive overview of return flows for various customers.

  • Conduct returns analysis and data interpretation using Excel or Power BI and ability to visualize the findings.

  • Identify opportunities by researching consumer behavior related to return barriers and trends.

  • Propose actionable solutions for implementation by Philips based on collected data and insights.

  • Execute pilot programs with customers to gather valuable insights.

  • Maintain an updated project tracker and engage with stakeholders across Western Europe.

You are a part of

You will be part of the Consumer Engagement and Care team within the Europe Market Personal Health (PH) organization. Our team is dedicated to promoting sustainability in Personal Health, and you will have the chance to collaborate with an international network of passionate colleagues committed to making a positive impact.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently enrolled in a University or University of Applied Sciences program in Data Analytics, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain

  • Assertive and confident, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.

  • Proficient in data analytics and experienced in various analytical methods.

  • Capable of translating complex data into clear business insights.

  • Creative and skilled in visualizing data for presentations to senior stakeholders.

  • Willing to share innovative ideas backed by data and trends.

  • Genuine interest in circular supply chains.

  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Self-starter, working well on your own initiative.
