As SafeAir Brand Manager, Europe, you will drive market share growth through the formulation and execution of effective, strategic, marketing plans. You are the European brand expert who sets strategic direction and ensures execution for portfolio growth through the development of marketing campaigns and strategies, portfolio development, internal and external education strategies, and European customer engagement initiatives.
This role will report to the Senior Manager, OI/ST Europe and can be based in any of our European locations: we offer great workplace flexibility with a hybrid work model.
What you will do:
In alignment with global strategy, you will take the ownership of shaping the strategy for our SafeAir product portfolio in Europe to achieve required growth, profit, and market share targets
You will understand what customers value in relation to our SafeAir portfolio and use these insights to development value based, scalable strategies
You will work closely with local Marketing teams in leading downstream execution to drive market share gain, while also contributing to upstream marketing initiatives to ensure product and business development projects
You will create/distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns and best practices.
You will develop trust and strong relationships with the European ST Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOLs).
You will take the lead in developing KOLs for the SafeAir portfolio
In collaboration with the broader European Central and Local Marketing teams, you will drive the creation of the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) and portfolio roadmap
You will partner with the local ST Leadership and Marketing teams to drive forecast accuracy and build strong relationships with supply chain partners to develop an appropriate demand plan
You will define and execute regional product life cycle management (PLCM), including phase-in (launch) and phase-out of products
You will provide regular analysis of SafeAir business performance, brand perception, marketing activity impact and other drivers of future brand performance. You will understand the financial performance and key metrics of your portfolio and communicate accordingly.
You will manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing of assigned brands based on market, customer, and competitive insights.
You will partner with divisional resources to develop the portfolio through new product development, line extensions, and M&A activity with support from manager.
Partner with our Government Affairs and Market Access teams identify, create and execute programmes that will contribute to growth of the SafeAir Brand
In partnership with Education Manager, identify internal training needs and create relevant content and training programs
Collaborate with other divisions of Stryker to drive growth and deliver enhanced customer value
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of work experience required
Pr eferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Medical Device or marketing/sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects within established timelines
Proven track record in leading successful marketing projects (incl. marketing plans, product launches and campaigns, etc.) that result in above market growth and delivery of financial commitments
Persuasive communication skills in the absence of organizational authority
Proficient in navigating complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
