Position Overview: As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of shipments and deliveries. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact our ability to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Shipping: Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely dispatch.

• Receiving: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists. Handle any discrepancies and manage returns or exchanges as necessary.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements. Update and reconcile inventory databases regularly.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all products and packaging meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Report any quality issues promptly.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Production and Quality Assurance, to coordinate the flow of materials and products.

• Compliance: Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines related to shipping, receiving, and handling of medical devices.
