Job Description This position performs a variety of tasks and related services at the assigned residential location with the exception of the headquarters office. Performance of duties must consistently be at or above the level set as acceptable by the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Be able to perform all assigned tasks which typically include but are not limited to the following: Dust all areas of the homes Clean/Sanitize all areas in the bathroom Clean all floors, sweep, scrub, mop and/or vacuum Wipe all fixtures & appliances Wipe all mirrors, pictures and glass surfaces Empty and clean trash containers, dispose of trash in a sanitary manner Linens as required Wash windows as scheduled Operate mechanized cleaning equipment Maintain all cleaning equipment in a sage and sanitary working condition Make up beds and change Clean the interior and exterior of kitchen cabinets, stove/oven and refrigerator. OTHER JOB DUTIES All other tasks as assigned by management.
