Responsibilities include: maintaining reception desk activities, including greeting, scheduling, and instructing of patients and visitors in accordance with McFarland Clinic’s Core Values and Promise.
Education
High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:45AM - 4:45 PM
Experience
Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
Keyboard and computer experience.
Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment.
Receptionist experience preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
Ability to multitask.
Starting Pay: $15.60
