Job Description:

The Information Technology Support III position at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) is a dynamic role that involves a blend of technical expertise and customer service. The primary duties include responding to and resolving a wide range of customer requests and inquiries and ensuring efficient operation and support for the Horticulture Department and the Seed Science Center. The individual in this position will be responsible for meticulously tracking and managing these requests within ISU's ticket management system. Additionally, the role may involve other miscellaneous duties contributing to the department's goals, accounting for a small percentage of the overall job responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to perform autonomously, be an integral part of the IT support team, and be dedicated to maintaining smooth and effective daily operations.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship.
