Required Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Iowa Licensed Registered Nurse
Professional Certification in Nursing Specialty or Leadership within 24 months of hire.
Position Summary:
Under general administrative direction, it provides organizational leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of service consistent with the Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategic Plan of the Mary Greeley Medical Center. The director understands, supports, communicates, and promotes Mary Greeley's initiatives. Ensures all actions taken in carrying out responsibilities support patient-centered care and a respectful work environment.
