You as Credit Associate you will be responsible for all aspect of Account Receivables for EMEA from assessing new customers for credit terms to collection of past due accounts and preparing accounts for litigation/Bad Debt. The position is located in UK and on fully remote basis.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

• Review of Orders on Credit Hold

• Collection of past due accounts and current high value accounts by email or phone

• Liasing with internal departments to resolve rejected/disputed invoices.

• Reconciliation of customer accounts

• Providing allocation details to finance to reduce unapplied cash

• Obtaining Credit reports and Assessing new customer for credit terms

• Must be available to travel up to 2 weeks a year for internal meetings and training outside of U

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum of A Level or equivalent or Professional Business or Accounting Qualification.

• Experience in all aspect of Account Receivable

• Strong Communication Skills

• Attention to details

• Analytical Skill – enable to reconcile customer accounts.
