ACMS Configurator Support and Test Engineer

Professional – P2

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the ACMS 2D and 3D system drawing tools and its users. To ensure the system tools are operating effectively and to evaluate the system functionality to ensure new or existing functionality meets the needs of the business, projects and users.

  • Support the software developers with usability testing of existing and new system functionality.

  • Champion the Ethos of continuous improvement and data integrity. Supporting and leading development projects as required.

  • Provide high quality training to users and maintain user training records.

  • Work closely with the ACMS Administrators including, Change Management, perform regular auditing tasks including daily log monitoring, Supporting SOP’s authoring and validation team activities, Effectively communicate relevant systems related information and updates to users, Implement product change notifications within the application, Provide occasional out of hours emergency support when required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Degree or extensive experience in a quality lead environment, engineering, or scientific background with a minimum of 3 years experience working with database driven systems/applications.

  • Good written and oral English communication skills to effectively communicate relevant systems related information, updates, and training to users.

  • Experienced with change control management systems.

  • Effective team player and willingness to support system users with good presentation skills and able to work unsupervised.

  • Experienced trainer with good problem-solving skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of CFR21 and ISO 13485.

  • High level of patience.

  • Persistent in driving through an action to a resolution.
