Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

Your mission will be…

• Design and refine consulting processes and methodologies to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices;

• Implement systems and processes for knowledge management, ensuring that best practices, lessons learned, and key insights are captured and shared across the organization;

• Develop and optimize strategies for how consultants engage with clients, ensuring that the approach is consistent, client-focused, and capable of delivering high-quality results;

• Establish quality assurance processes to ensure that consulting engagements meet the highest standards;

• Develop in collaboration with our teams comprehensive educational programs for consultants, focusing on both technical skills and consulting methodologies;

• Work closely with all project teams to ensure that the exchange of synergies, consulting processes and educational programs are aligned with business strategies.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in process management, or project management are advantageous;

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, process development, or a related field;

• Deep understanding of the consulting industry, including key trends, challenges, and best practices; Experience the financial sector is a plus;

• Excellent English writing and speaking skills;

• Strategic Thinker, Detail-Oriented, Innovative, Collaborative, Result-Driven mindset.
