Your mission will be…

  • ·Oversee service delivery, take accountability, and report performance.

  • ·Support other Application managers in:

  • oRoles and Authorization Concept (technical roles) considering Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements;

  • oPerform user inventory (technical roles);

  • oPerform Service Impact Analysis (SIA) on a regular base.

  • ·Escalate performance related issues and customer complaints to service owners and proactively discuss with the associate providers our customer demands.

  • ·Maintain IT Risk Register containing IT Risks related to the Application. Define Risk Response Strategy. Define, implement, and track Risk Mitigations .

  • ·Keep Protection Concept up to date, for all ISEC risk proper risk acceptances are obtained and documented.

  • ·Participate in Protection Risks Analysis (PRA) preparation.

  • ·Participate in service setups within GBS O DS.

We are looking for someone with…

  • · Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field or equivalent practical experience.

  • ·Eagerness to learn new technologies.

  • ·Excellent oral and written skills in English.

  • ·Experience in dealing with third party-provided services.

  • ·Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.

  • ·In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.

  • ·Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • ·Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills.
