Job Title: Residential Construction Plumber

Job Description

In this role, you will lead residential plumbing helpers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will coordinate with other trades and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of one or two plumbing helper on residential projects.

• Assist in planning and organizing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure projects comply with building codes and safety regulations.

• Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and methods.

• Driver's license for the past 3 years with less than 3 violations in the last 3 years.

• Pipe installation and pipe fitting experience.

• Experience with Pex and PVC for residential sites.

Work Environment

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime available.

• The work involves new residential townhome builds in the State College/Altoona area.

• You will be working in 2-story/3-story town-homes/multi-family builds, roughly 2000 sq ft.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
