JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Nittany Lions Read/Nittany Lions Count Federal Work-Study Program (NLR/NLC) is seeking applicants to join our program for the 2024/2025 academic year for placement at the First Church Preschool.

NLR/NLC students assist and support the staff, engage directly with the children, and provide one-on-one and/or small-group instruction. Positions are available between the hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Required minimum commitments of MWF or TR, with 2-hour time blocks/day. Hourly rates for NLR/NLC participants begin at $14/hour.

This job requires the following publicly available clearances and verification's: PA State Police Criminal Background Check PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form FBI Criminal Background Check. National Sex Offenders Registry (NSOR) Add'l clearances may be required for out-of-state applicants.
