Day to day as a Field Service Technician

As a Full-Time Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch telecommunications services. Your day will begin withperforming site surveysto assess serviceability for potential customers, ensuring their connectivity needs are met. You\'ll then transition toinstalling new services, providing clients with seamless access to our reliable internet solutions.

During service visits, you willdiagnose and troubleshoot any connectivity issues, showcasing your problem-solving skills and commitment to a customer-centric experience. Your ability to engage with clients and resolve their technical challenges will significantly enhance their satisfaction, making each day an opportunity to make a positive impact.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full-Time Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess a range of essential skills and qualifications. A current valid driver\'s license is mandatory, ensuring you can safely operate a vehicle while representing the company. You must demonstrate a commitment to safety by driving without presenting risks to yourself or others. Regular and predictable attendance is crucial, as the position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week to meet customer service demands effectively. Additionally, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Current valid Driver\'s License
• Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
• Ability to be added to Company auto insurance policy(no accidents or speeding tickets within the last 5 years)
• Regular & predictable attendance required- 40 hour minimum standard work week
• Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
