Schedule: 8:00am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Location : Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Volusia and Flagler Counties.

The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for planning, directing, and managing the activities of the performance improvement program, including all Quality Assurance and Improvement Program activities. Duties will also include infection control, staff development, admission and bill review, coding and staff education related to Quality. Will be familiar with AHCA hospice licensure statues, Medicare Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards. The Quality Manager is responsible for chart audits, CMS compliance, trends, and staff educational trends. The Quality Manager monitors, evaluates and implements processes and procedures to improve program outcomes and to meet regulatory, accreditation and standards of practice requirements. The Quality Manager is responsible for the QAPI program, data collection and benchmarking. The Quality Manager operates independently under the general supervision of the Hospice Director.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

· Registered Nurse

· 2 years Hospice experience

· 2 years healthcare management experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

· 5 years clinical experience in critical care

· 2 years Hospice management experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED :

· Registered Nurse

· AHA Basic Life Support

· Must maintain active Driver’s license and auto insurance
