Billing Specialty Sr.

Location: Onsite Monday - Friday. BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy 376 Northlake Blvd. Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way.

This is a non-hybrid position, 100% in the office position.

The Billing Specialty Sr. responsibilities are to Assemble and maintain all necessary documentation for billing purposes.

How you will make an impact:

• Maintains billing system database; identifies, analyzes and reconciles discrepancies in data; posts to sub ledgers; coordinates account eligibility with membership areas; and provides billing information to internal and external contacts; and first line collections.

• Professional and timely oral or written communication to internal and external customers. Maintain teams e-mail box.

• Fully proficient with daily tasks and is able to handle more complex billing situations with minimal guidance and provide recommendations for decision making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires H.S. diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years billing and collections experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Strong oral and written communication skills strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical and math skills highly preferred.

• AS degree in accounting is preferred.
