Our client is a leading global, award-winning company providing Technology and Services for Lottery and Gaming Systems. They offer Lottery Instant Products, Sports Betting, and Digital Interactive Gaming to name a few. They are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and have a global presence in over 40 countries with 150+ customers. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Technical Writer to join their team in Vienna, Austria. The Technical Writer is responsible creating formal documentation for the Networking and DevOps teams. This Technical Writer will not be completing hand-on technical tasks but will is required to understand the technologies of Networking and DevOps. This individual will be responsible for consulting with the technical teams to analyze the technical work and create formal documentation. This formal documentation includes drawings, story writing, reporting, manuals, and client facing documentation. This individual will be presenting their work to team leads or to business leaders and be used for client delivery and training purposes.

Skills and Requirements

5 years of professional experience:

- Technical writing:

o Creating client facing reporting/documentation.

o Technical drawings

o Technical story writing

o Creating formal written standard processes in manual form and/or training material

- Consulting and presenting to technical team members and business leaders/stakeholders.

Conceptual understanding of the following technical stack:

 Networking:

o Linux and Windows Server Systems

o Cabling, Routing, Switching

o VMware

o HP Servers

o Firewalls

o Load Balancing

 DevOps:

o CICD pipelines Gitlab, Jenkins, Sonar Cube

o Infrastructure Software Development

o Virtualizations and Containerization

o Set up, Configurations, Clustering, maintaining Kubernetes or OpenShift environments

Soft skill must haves:

 Fluency in English is required

 Open and customer-oriented mindset, communication skills

 Teamwork, readiness and reliability

o Willingness to travel to office occasionally if required none null
