Role Definition

Leads development and execution of Caterpillar’s data center global account strategy, and required processes, collaborating within Electric Power, across CAT divisions and with customers to support our continued growth in the Data Center market.

Responsibilities

  • Leads customer engagement initiatives to understand their energy transition goals and plans, and establish CAT workstreams to collaborate and meet their needs.

  • Manages metrics, dashboards and leads the development of necessary processes and tools to monitor and drive performance.

  • Plans and directs programs and projects viewed as critical to department and the enterprise

  • Plans and monitors program development to ensure quality standards and goals are achieved.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.

Level Extensive Knowledge:

  • Applies an assigned technique for data-driven thinking in a Decision-Making process.

  • Evaluates past decisions for insights to improve decision-making process.
