What is it that we do at Colonial Pipeline Company?

Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. Colonial transports various grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, and fuels for the U.S. military through a pipeline system. Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.

About the Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist Position

As the Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist you will lead change management initiatives and activities relating to the implementation and effect of new business processes, new technology, shifting economic landscapes, and/or changes in organizational structure and culture within an enterprise. In the Senior OCM Specialist role, you will own change management strategy and delivery for a portfolio of strategic initiatives throughout the company. These initiatives include cross-functional collaboration and interaction with various stakeholders, developing compelling change strategies, resonant change narratives, and communication plans to drive employee engagement.

What You Get to Do:

  • Own change management activities, including leadership alignment and sponsorship, effective change strategy and planning, organizational alignment, and preparedness, and change lifecycle management for key organizational initiatives.

  • Drive operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction through prompt, accurate and optimal completion of work objectives.

  • Utilize scorecards to be reviewed periodically for applicable projects and performance plans, goals & objectives.

  • Develop, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

  • Develop and maintain OCM tools, templates, and resources to support the cross-functional teams.

  • Support OCM team members and other cross-functional teams to ensure their success, growth, and OCM delivery excellence across the organization including providing feedback, mentorship, guidance, and assistance.

  • Support OCM function strategic roadmap activities as the function progresses in its maturity within the organization.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of education and/or experience.

  • Ideally, 8+ years of business and/or technical experience.

  • Strong understanding of OCM tools and methodologies and awareness of new technologies.

  • Ability to manage change using communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.

  • Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth.

  • Certification in one of the following: PMP, SCRUM, and/or SAFe.
