Your day as a Manager Trainee
Your days will be filled with learning and challenges. From learning how a business runs and developing your skill sets, to collaborating with teammates to enhance customer service experience.
In this role you will spend 80% of your time managing your route and creating connections with your customers. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent on developing your leadership skills, sales expertise and business knowledge.

Requirements for this Manager Trainee
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in lawn/horticulture/agronomy/lawn care services is necessary or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory management experience is essential.
- Certificates licenses and registrations mandated by federal and state laws are required.
- Category 24 Pesticides Licenses are a plus and should be obtained promptly if not already possessed.
- A valid permanent driver's license from the state of residence and a clean driving record in accordance with company standards are obligatory.
- Current liability auto insurance is required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card is necessary.
- You must be at least 21 years old by the date of hire.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with individuals at all levels of leadership and with frontline staff.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Training, mentoring, and effective time management skills.
- Competence with Google Apps or similar technologies.
