On-Site Operations Coordinator

LG Electronics / MarketSource is currently searching for an Operations Coordinator to partner with our client’s retail program. The position requires a combination of administrative and operations project coordination experience. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible helping the Program Management Team and our client handle all day-to-day assignments dealing with a field sales based retail program.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks associated with supporting operations management team and Client

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with operations management team as well as MarketSource field teams

• Ability to become proficient in the use of client reporting tools to enable the production of standardized and ad hoc reporting needed by account management team

• Working with the Business Analysts create standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

• Daily auditing of reports submitted by field team

• Location data integrity maintenance

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum experience in successful support roles

• Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision (Self-starter)

• Expert with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to produce summarized program performance reports

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.

• Understanding of business systems, business processes, and client expectations.

• Proactive, self-motivated, an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude.

• Working knowledge with the Internet and web based data collection and reporting

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience

Additional Job Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items

• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary

• Performs additional duties as assigned

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently
