Position Title: International Sales Manager Office Location: Remote Exemption Classification: Salary / Exempt Reports To: Director of Sales and Business Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team and drive sales growth in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets Establish and manage a distributor network in EMEA and APAC regions. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop plans to meet sales targets. Monitor and adjust plans as necessary based on market trends and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Provide sales and technical support, both electronically and in-person, as required. Must be able to travel anywhere in the world on short notice. Track customer complaints and report per ISO procedures Set up and staff trade show booths globally Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to align strategies and achieve common goals. Ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications: Proven experience in a technical sales management role Understanding of applications associated with cryogenic equipment in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and lab research markets Relevant degree strongly preferred (Engineering, Life Science, etc.) Experience working with international customers Fluency in English. Multi-lingual abilities are desirable Possess a good network across Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Office Suite applications. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
