About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Divisional Financial Advisor Recruiting Specialist to join our Advisor Recruiting team within Wealth and Investment Management. The Advisor Recruiting department is charged with leading the organic growth of the Firm by attracting the most successful, experienced Financial Advisors across all Wells Fargo Advisors channels. As part of Advisor Recruiting, the Divisional Recruiting Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment of quality, experienced Financial Advisors and providing recruiting support specific to enhancing the recruiting pipelines and facilitating conversion needs.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in planning and execution of Business Growth Strategy activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned market
Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area
Perform research within Business Growth Strategy functional area, identifying and selecting best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and to meet the unique needs of customers
Develop strategies to enhance sales in a designated market and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in Business Growth Strategy operations, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Lead a team to meet business objectives within Business Growth Strategy functional area
Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs
Lead Business Growth Strategy projects and teams
Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong prospecting, outbound sales, recruiting, negotiation, and influence skills
Financial Advisor recruiting experience
Financial services industry experience
Ability to overcome sales obstacles
Knowledge and understanding of social media: LinkedIn
Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce or contact management system
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions

Job Expectations:
Directly support MRMs, cross-channel, by facilitating recruiting next steps with FA prospects post-meeting (i.e. answer questions/concerns, provide and collect necessary forms (CRD, NAPs, etc.), gather requested deal documents, enter information into the Business Planner, introduce Pre-hire activities, etc.)
Partner with the MRMs to engage or reengage FA recruits utilizing LinkedIn, email, hearsay text and cold calling in a targeted manner through the core pipeline (i.e. Opportunity report, Maturing leads report, etc.)
Proactively reach out to external FA recruits utilizing LinkedIn, email, (hearsay) text and cold calling in a targeted manner in Markets needing to build a pipeline
Drive participation and attendance at all Advisor Recruiting led events and initiatives including Due Diligence Meetings.
Follow-up with recruits who receive Due Diligence invitation mailers for DE&I events (BAA, Women’s, etc.)
Follow-up on LinkedIn Ad lead, FiNet and JoinWFA website leads
Maintain consistent recruiting activities cross-channel based on territory recruiting needs.
Document accurate recruiting notes and activity in Salesforce and ensure Stage, Project Start Date, Lead Source, Preferred Segment and Cross Channel Branch are accurate.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$65,800.00 - $143,000.00
