Job Description:
The Business Systems Analysis (BSA) Associate supports Information Services (I.S.) BSA processes with close guidance and supervision. He/She assists BSA team members to identify problems, generate alternatives, and recommend solutions within defined processes. This position participates in the elicitation and analysis of business needs by BSA teams for assigned projects. The BSA Associate documents the progress of assigned tasks to ensure objectives are met, and assists in ensuring that BSA work products conform to quality and content standards. He/She supports requirements elicitation, analysis, and management for efforts of all complexity levels.
Essential:
Agile framework experience: 1+ years
Strong understanding of Agile principles and values
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Ability to facilitate team meetings
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Desirable:
Experience with multiple Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean
Knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Strong understanding of software development life cycles
Soft Skills:

Collaboration and team building skills
Adaptability and flexibility
