-Ensure technical availability and capability of production machineries (incl. utilities and civil) according to the company's requirements and approved budgets.

-Maintenance Budget for People, Spares, Consumables & External Services (Machines & Equipment)

Number of machines : X nos. of machines as per SAP-PM.

-Accept the responsibility and striving for excellence in all work processes and outcomes, honoring organization policies and all regulatory requirements.

-Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the plant premises.

-Implement planned and unplanned maintenance processes in order to achieve annual maintenance targets such as MTTR, MTBF,… using standard company tools.

-Prepares yearly maintenance budget and insures its adherence. Management of budget spending

Support reduction of energy consumption through good maintenance practices.

Optimization of spare parts stock value.

Cascade of budgets to the respective areas

Prepares investment budgets for continuous improvement.

-Directs, administrates and develops Maintenance team members.

Monitoring and reporting KPIs.

Usage of KPIs to define appropriate activities/measures, and followup thereof.

Ensure correct usage of standard company tools and methodologies.

Management of Plant Shutdown.

Ensure spare parts availability in warehouse

-Coordinates external suppliers in the plant.

Develops local suppliers together with purchasing department and in agreement with ET.

-Utilises and provides support within the Continental Maintenance Network.

Active participation in the Maintenance Competence Center.

Contribution to "Lessons Learned" and "Good Practices" Database

-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering

-Minimum 10 years maintenance experience in manufacturing industry.

-Participation in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects.

-Minimum 2 years of Management of a industrial organization.

-Regular international contacts through projects or suppliers.
