The role

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to join our team in Kazakhstan. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, has a strong understanding of Microsoft products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be providing technical support for issues related to Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Microsoft SQL, AD/AAD, and IT Security.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert technical support for Microsoft products, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests efficiently.

  • Communicate effectively with customers in Russian or Kazakh, keeping them informed of progress and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Use your experience to analyze and isolate issues that affect customer systems, escalating to senior peers when necessary.

  • Participate in IT projects, delivering work aligned with customer needs and project objectives.

  • Keep your skills up-to-date, especially in cloud technologies that SoftwareOne offers services for.

What we need to see from you

  • Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Identity, Office 365, and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Excellent communication skills in Russian or Kazakh, and fluency in English for internal communication.

  • Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage service requests and incident resolutions.

  • Highly motivated, methodical in troubleshooting, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
