Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the manufacturing industry located in Alliance, Nebraska, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be required to address and resolve queries and issues related to computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Android Development.

• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco and Citrix Technologies.

• Monitor and maintain computer hardware.

• Work with Dell Technologies and ensure their optimal performance.

• Administer and control the Active Directory.

• Manage and ensure the smooth functioning of Apple Devices.

• Oversee and maintain Backup Technologies.

• Handle Configuration Management efficiently.

• Adapt and perform in a Warehouse Environment.

• Operate and maintain Warehouse Equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies

• Understanding of Active Directory

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Apple Devices

• Experience with Backup Technologies
