As a Unit Clerk at White Deer Run some of the duties performed are:

Assemble patient charts for admissions / transfers / discharges per facility policy.

Distribute mail and announcements and post memos.

Dispatch messages to and from other departments.

Deliver mail (incoming / outgoing) for units.

Ensure adequate supply of forms and supplies.

Obtain lab, x-ray, and consult reports.

Identify and report equipment or environmental problems promptly for correction.
