Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for an Onboarding and Training Lead. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.

Role Summary:

The O&T Lead will work closely with operations in providing essential training (new hire, soft skills, refresher training, etc.) to associates (SSP and FTE) in the operation. The responsibility of the position is to facilitate the fulfillment center’s training programs to associates (SSP and FTE) to achieve success in their job and meet our client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records to track training progress and completion.

  • Support the fulfillment centers initiatives and associate Orientation and onboarding.

  • Provide initial training and role overview to associates.

  • Provide continued training to associates.

  • Observe associates work and provide feedback.

  • Remain up to date on current standard operating procedures and policies.

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of training in assigned department.

  • Track and document concerns/issues with trainees and report to supervisor.

  • Work closely with department leads and supervisors, maintaining timely communication.

  • Keep the T&O Department supervisor informed of daily training progress.

  • Communicate to the trainee expectations around our core values, productivity, and quality.

  • Advanced knowledge and ability to effectively perform in multiple functional areas of the fulfillment operation to prepare, process and move merchandise productively, safely, accurately and per established standards, guidelines, and production rates.

  • Update and/or maintain all training and tracking material, SOPs, Work Instructions, etc.

  • Learn and perform warehouse processes.
