Inside Sales Development Representative I

The Sales Development Program (SDP) is a three (3) month experience designed to accelerate the careers of high potential college graduates and prepare them for immediate territory management within the organization. These next-gen leaders will have a background in science or business, demonstrate a passion for sales, and are willing to take on a remote role within the organization upon completion of the program. If you love science and are interested in sales, this program is an excellent way to build your career with a global leader!

Please note: Candidates will be part of a cohort, anticipated to start in January, April, July, or October 2024.

Upon completion of the SDP , you will transition into a full-time, remote role within the United States.

What to expect:

  • Commercial and product training with real-world experiences

  • Job shadow with salespeople and subject matter experts

  • Partner with dedicated leaders and mentors

  • Networking and exposure to commercial leaders

  • Customer account responsibility and ownership

  • Work with Program Manager to find permanent placement within the organization upon program completion

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Completed / completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences / STEM-related, or Business field between June 2021-June 2024

  • 0+ years of work experience required; relative internship or co-op experience helpful, but not necessary

  • Proven record of establishing goals and achieving results

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proven learning agility

  • Proven leadership ability

  • bilingual preferred
