Reimagine What's Possible

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Oversee import transactions into the US and Canada Advanced knowledge and experience classifying goods under the HTSUS and HTSCA. Other HS knowledge (i.e. European Union, United Kingdom, Asia) would be beneficial but not required Act as liaison between AP Business Areas, Customs Brokers, and Freight Forwarders, while being primary point of contact Ensure that all import documentation is completed and filed for each transaction Audit Customs Entry Summaries Oversee the return of U.S. and Foreign Goods from abroad Oversee entry and closure of Temporary Import Bonds Assist in any audits performed by Government Agencies or internally Assist importers with proper procedures and duty minimization programs Recommend proper INCO terms for international shipmentsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Degree is preferred Minimum 5-8 years' experience with importing Strong organizational skills Detail Oriented Experience with SAP ECC and SAP GTS or similar ERP systemAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
