Responsibilities Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties * Enters orders placed by customers, answer/research customer inquiries, track orders through SAP, communicate problems/information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel and customer. Extremely important as the majority of our products are made to order and are not stocked in finished goods inventory. * Generates deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse on shipments as large orders need to be palletized and planned accordingly. * Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. * Manages the more complex territories. * May solicit sale of new products.
