Job Description: Our Career Development (rotational) Program is designed for entry-levelchemical engineers with 0-2 years of experience. While on this 2-year rotational program, participants are able to develop their engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths. Typical assignments for chemical engineersincludeprocess engineering, plant operations,production engineering, project engineering,controls, and start-up engineering. At least one of the assignments will be based in a plant location,and relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering Graduating between December 2023 through August 2024. Strong academic performance; minimum GPA of 3.0. Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships a plus). Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership.
