Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations and analysis
Ensure al journal entries and account reconciliations conform to our internal procedures
Ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding general accounting
Balance Sheet account reconciliations through Blackline
Other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned
Review weekly accounts payable check runs
Clear intercompany balances monthly
Education
- College Degree in Accounting
Experience
3+ Years of accounting experience preferred
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Hyperion, SAP and Blackline Systems experience is a plus
Public accounting and experience in a large, global organization is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to accurately process high volumes of work
Prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and work independently
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
