Location: Allendale, NJ

Position: Quality Inspector

Shift: 7:00am—3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $20hour ; Overtime: $30/hour

Job Description

Perform visual inspections of manufactured and packaged products. Maintain adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as needed. Ensure compliance with GMP environment standards.

● Conducting 100% visual inspections of in-process and finished products.

● Assisting with minor to full training for new quality control inspectors on inspection and test receiving, in-process and finished products according to standard operating procedures.

● Identifying and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.

Hard Skills

• Experience in GMP Environment

• Ability to read and follow an SOP

• 2+ Years in Quality Inspection Experience

● High School Degree/Diploma Required (or GED Equivalent)

● Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimum supervision.

● Ability to identify non-conforming products as specified by appropriate product specifications

● Familiar with inspection methods in medical device quality control.
