Thank you.Description OverviewThe HR Coordinator ensures learning compliance by providing general Learning Management System and Training administration support.Experience RequiredRequires High School diploma/GED Certificate Minimum experience of one year:Performing data entry work Reviewing and analyzing mass data requests ensuring accuracy prior to and after entering into system(s)Data entry experience in a regulated environment (i.e., FDA. Banking, SOX compliance, etc.)Preferred experience in working with a Learning Management System, Success Factors, or other HRIS Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsDemonstrates excellent judgement skills and ability to organize work and multi-task effectively to meet daily deadlinesMust possess exceptional attention to detail skills and accuracy. This role must adhere to required compliance rules and regulations, ensuring Right First Time (RFT) standards are metAbility to identify and process the relevant elements of an issue or task and produce the correct answer or appropriate resultMust be results oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneouslyStrong customer service skills along with professional verbal and written communications skills (email, jabber, Webex, Teams, etc.). Must be able to craft email communication to provide feedback to internal stakeholders, employees, supervisors, high level managers, etc. Must have reliable internet access and a professional and secure working environment. Ability to prioritize mass requests in highly active shared email inbox and HR People Solutions ticketing queuePrivy to HR data and must be able to understand and maintain confidentiality requirementsProficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook)Remote position. Must be able to keep focus, remain self-motivated, to learn remotely and to interact remotely with the team. High productivity is critical.Must be able to work collaboratively as part of the larger HR People Solutions team as well as deliver results working independentlyAvailable to work during EST time zone hours. Flexibility to partner and support other countries/US sites outside of the core 8am-5pm EST core business hours.
