CACI is looking for a Policy Analyst/Electronic Records Management to join and support the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer Statutory Implementation (CSI) Directorate in developing, reviewing, assessing, and making support recommendations on DoD Policy and guidance.

What You’ll Get to Do:

You will be a member of a collaborative team of subject matter experts that improve DoD Information Management policy, technology, and strategy; and support oversight of several DoD and OCIO Programs. You will execute internal Privacy and Records Management guidance and develop procedures to ensure OCIO compliance. You will provide expertise in the functional areas such as Forms Management, Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) /Information Collection, and Information Quality.

More About the Role :

Works DOD Components on Forms Management policy issues and concerns. Developing a DoD Forms Management Policy to modernize department form management program. Develops Privacy Impact Assessment related material to increase the Department PIA compliance numbers. Provides technical expertise that supports OCIO staff on Privacy and records management policy and procedures. Provide additional PRA guidance to the DoD Components.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Must have Active Secret.

Master’s Degree in information technology or related field.

Knowledge of:

• Responsible for researching, analyzing, and developing policies and procedures within an DoD and DoD CIO.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, review existing policies, and propose improvements.

• Ensures compliance with privacy and records laws and regulations.

• Ensures that an DoD adheres to legal and regulatory requirements for PRA and Forms Management

• Identifies and mitigates potential risks within an DoD and DoD CIO

• Systems engineering, analysis, and design

Demonstrated skill in:

• Communicating technical information to a non-technical audience; translating complex technical concepts into plain language that non-technical stakeholders can understand.

• Brainstorming: generating innovative ideas to enhance existing policy and procedures.

• Interpreting complex information from different sources; extracting meaningful insights from diverse data.

• Strategic thinking and problem solving considering long-term goals, anticipating challenges, and aligning actions with department objectives.

• Staffing and preparing action packages.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Electronic Records Management and Records Management Applications

• Shared drive/Share Point restructuring

• Experience monitoring and maintaining IT systems

• Familiar with the acquisition process

• Understanding of information management issues

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
