Join Our Team: Financial Operations Specialist (ONSITE)

*This position will be ONSITE in Alexandria, LA. This role will support both our Alexandria, LA and Pensacola, FL locations.

Position Purpose: As a Financial Operations Specialist at Trinity Health PACE, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring the seamless flow of Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay revenue cycles. Your responsibilities include managing expense cycles, facilitating accurate accrual of expenses, and providing crucial financial insights to our leadership teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with enrollment teams and participant families to resolve enrollment issues promptly.

  • Maintain comprehensive, billable census records and reconcile Medicaid and Medicare payments.

  • Lead Accounts Receivable (A/R) review meetings to ensure timely collection of funds.

  • Utilize advanced financial systems and Microsoft tools to perform essential duties.

  • Prepare Medicare Part D bids and assist in financial presentations for monthly operations reviews.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial reports to identify trends and areas needing attention.

Minimal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; three years of related experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and electronic filing systems.

  • Action-oriented with strong business acumen and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
