We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 30+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Ideak Dental Lab in Albuquerque, NM for a Full-Time Chairside Scheduler.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Correctly use the phone system.
Perform basic secretarial duties.
Daily Pick Up and sorting of mail from FedEx/UPS facility in company vehicle.
Greet laboratory visitors.
Coordinate pick-up and delivery request.
Utilize and operate case tracking software.
Change codes, dates or other information on work cards and route cases to appropriate departments.
Schedule appointments for accounts with chairside personnel.
Disinfecting incoming cases.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Personable individual with good oral communication skills
Data entry and computer skills

Must have a valid Driver License

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
