Customer Account Position to maintain and service existing customer accounts with the company by direct communication with customers and sales representatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain and service customer needs
• Communicate with Sales Representative on customer orders
• Communicate by email
• Place, Ship, and Track Orders
• Data entry
• Will perform the above duties and any other duties assigned by Management

Requirement:

• H.S. Diploma
• EXCEL experience
• Professional appearance
• Customer Service experience preferred

Work Hours:

• 8:00 am -5:00 pm Monday - Thursday
• 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Friday
