Role Overview :

Join our dynamic team as a Site Manager ! You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the success of our cutting-edge products and services directly at the customer site. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building strong relationships, and making a tangible impact on our customers’ operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Implement : Develop and introduce new products and services tailored to meet the evolving needs of our Mining customers.

  • Performance Excellence : Maintain and enhance key site performance metrics, ensuring top-notch technology availability, production efficiency, and safety standards.

  • Strategic Leadership : Shape the strategic direction for equipment selection, problem management, and overall equipment management activities.

  • Customer-Centric Solutions : Prioritize and implement strategies that address customer needs, ensuring alignment with our recovery strategy and Mine Site support practices.

  • Mine Site Operations : Oversee and optimize operations at mine sites, ensuring efficient and safe practices that maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

The primary location for this position is Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario
