The right person for this Commercial Lender in Training position is someone who is highly driven and has a hunger for learning. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Work with a small/talented team, generating new business for the bank. Prepare financial/credit information and reports for presentation to loan committee, including analysis of variety of tax returns and financial records. Promote and participate in bank culture and coordinate an elite level customer experience. Continually review all loans and commitments to identify potential credit problems.
