ManpowerGroup Admin Assistant Part-time in Albert Lea, Minnesota

Our client is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join their team. You will be supporting staff throughout the department. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, attention to detail, handle various office tasks and day to day operations which will align successfully in the organization. Hours are M-F with some flexibility.

Job Title: Part-Time Admin Assistant

Location: Albert Lea, MN

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 hour

What's the Job?

• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries

• Provide clerical support to staff

• Data entry, word processing, scanning and filing.

What's Needed:

• The candidate must be able to identify the best way to handle specific tasks and improve processes for completing tasks.

• Ability to be self-motivated ,organize thoughts, prioritize duties as assigned, keep their work organized and help others organize their projects.

• Ability to work both with a team and independently.

• Communicate effectively with administration and co-workers.and work efficiently with limited daily direction.

• Spelling, punctuation and writing skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and through email.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• Prior administrative experience a must
