Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor based in Albert Lea, Minnesota. The role involves integrating new companies, collaborating with owners and investors, and assisting with digital transformation in the industry. Responsibilities:

• Handle the integration of newly acquired companies

• Conduct due diligence related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)

• Collaborate with business owners and investors for strategic decisions

• Assist in digital transformation initiatives in the accounting department

• Utilize Sage 50 for Full Cycle Accounting and Month End Close activities

• Play a key role in software implementations

• Oversee finance-related tasks and ensure smooth operations

• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes

• Conduct cash flow forecasts and financial forecasts

• Manage the Acquisition Integration process effectively. Requirements • Candidate must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor.

• Proficiency in the use of Sage 50 is a mandatory requirement.

• Must have substantial experience in handling Month End Close procedures.

• Demonstrable expertise in Full Cycle Accounting is necessary.

• The candidate should have a strong background in Software Implementations.

• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is highly desirable.

• The candidate should have exposure to Acquisition Integration.

• A solid understanding of Finance is required for this position.

• The role demands skills in Budgeting - Forecasting.

• The candidate should be capable of producing accurate Cash Flow Forecasts.

• Experience in Cash Forecasting is mandatory.

• The candidate should possess the ability to perform Financial Forecast.
